Rules for the registry of Internet projects
DEI Internet Project Registry is a service from Digital Elite Innovations for registering internet projects, assigning permanent registry numbers, and (with investments in D'Elite Brilliants) confirming domain control.
1. General Provisions
The registry confirms the existence of a record and the passage of certain checks. It does not replace state registration of a legal entity, licensing, business audit, or assessment of the project's financial reliability.
2. Registration
- Registration is free for authorized users of the platform.
- Each project is assigned a permanent, unique number, such as DEI-P-1234567-01. Numbers for deleted or archived projects are not reissued.
- The number does not change and is not transferred to another project.
- Required: project title, category and agreement with these rules.
- The project limit depends on the investment level: 2 projects as a base; 5 more are added for each level (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) (2 / 7 / 12 / 17 / 22).
3. D'Elite Diamonds Investor Privileges
With at least one confirmed D'Elite Brilliants purchase, domain specification, legal entity information, and domain control verification (DNS TXT, HTTP file, or HTML meta) are available.
The investment level (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) is calculated automatically based on the account owner's D'Elite Diamonds value and is displayed on the public card.
4. Publicity
The public verification page is accessible without registration. The owner can restrict the display of optional fields. Personal information and pending applications are not published.
5. Statuses
A record has an existence status (draft, pending verification, active, suspended, archived) and an independent domain verification status. Losing domain verification does not automatically delete the registry record.
6. Responsibility
The owner is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided. The administration reserves the right to suspend or archive a recording in the event of rule violations, abuse, or for security reasons.
